Summary

            This article talks about how successful women tend to prefer older, handsome men. They want men who are older than them. They do not like young men. But successful men or most men tend to like women who are younger than them. Also, financially successful men can date young women who a younger than them by at least 5 years to 12 years. But financially successful women prefer a sense of humor or handsomeness and old men. They like to meet a man who older than them at least 2 years to 5 years.

Reaction

            Through this article, I can learn about successful women’s ideal style and how successful men want to young women. After I read this article, I know what the author said, which is that financially successful women prefer handsome and old men. That is because old men tend to talk with their life, value and good conversation. They have similar age and similar style. They do not look like their son. But many financially successful men want to meet women who younger than them. That is because they tend to look women’s beauty and young. For example, Hugh Hefner who made magazine called Playboy. He married a young beautiful girl. She was 60 years younger than him. It looks like weird but most of financial succeed men tend to marry with young girl. But financial succeed women did not marry with young men. Sometime they married young men it was not many like financially succeed men. Furthermore, also my friends who women, they were like old men. They want to marry old men. But men’s side is different. Most of men want to marry young women.  I think it is common society at situation and it will increase more and more like this married couple.

Summary

            This article talking about a profiler who is first profiler in South Korea on the hunt for elusive criminals.  She graduated from South Korea police school and she was interested in this area, so she chose this job. She predicted and found criminals scientifically. The profiler uses their program that is based on probability. She gathered many cases so when the crimes occurred, she could help with this program. Which would predict how criminals look, their life style and so on.
She said this job is helpful on fighting to crime and we need more and more profilers.

Reaction

            Through this article, I can learn about how they can solve senseless crimes. After I read this article, I know what the author said; that is that profilers can help to solve the crimes. That is because a profiler can predict what they do and how they do it. They use their program to hunt for criminals. Especially profilers can be a big help in those cases like elusive criminals. So we need profilers. For example, sometimes police cannot find a criminal; they cannot even find a suspect criminal because it is too wide. So they need the help of profiler. The profiler can find a suspect criminal with their program and technical skill. They analyze and predict the criminals. It will be a help to the police and our society Furthermore, I want to study profiling because I want to catch criminals and it will be nice to me and our country. I think we need to improve our profiling investigation and profilers.

            This article is talking about warning signs from a troubled mind: what parents should do. Nowadays, many adolescents suffer mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. It can make adolescents’ behavior violent. They tend to have delusions and hallucinations, or abuse dugs. Also, they think about odd things and do strange behavior. If you do not care about this behavior, adolescents can do crazy things like shoot somebody without reasons. Sometimes it will not occur but still is dangerous. So parents should do something for their child. Many experts say they need help from the medical center. The parents should to go to the mental hospital with their children. And parents should care more about and pay more attention to their children. They should reach out to them and talk a lot like friends. It is very helpful way for adolescents. In short, the parents have to care about their children’s behavior. If you find odd things about your children, you should to take them to the hospital or to therapy for them.

            Through this article, I can learn about why we care about adolescents’ behavior and what parents should do when their children got mental illnesses. After I read this article, I know what the author said; we have to pay attention to our friends and parents have to pay attention to and care about their children. That is because we can prevent awful situations and we can treat those who have mental illnesses. Also, I agree that we can figure out warning signs and help them. For example, my friend who is living in South Korea has a mental problem. When the test’s coming, he looks weird. He did not wash his hair or body. And goes to the bathroom a lot. And he talks about odd things like aliens and the test. So we took him to the therapist. The therapist said that he has a paranoid. So he took medicine and was successfully cured. Thus, I think we can notice warning signs and help them. Also, I learned through this article, parents are important to their children’s mental state. If they are not successful in their work with children, their children tend to lose their way. They feel confused and anxious.

After I read this article, I know what the author said, that is profilers can help to solve the crimes when it is hard for us to find criminal cases because they kill people for no reason. That is because some criminals have mental illness and they like to kill people. Especially profilers can be a big help in those cases. So we need profilers. For example, I saw on the news that one man killed 10 women without reason. It was hard for the police to find criminals. So they asked the help to profilers. Profilers find the criminals and it is helpful to our country. We are scared to walk alone at night and feel nervous because of murderers. I think it is very helpful to our country’s safety. Also, I learned through this article, profilers are important for our country and we will need more profilers. Furthermore, I want to study profiling because I want to catch criminals and it will be nice to me and our country. I think we need to improve our profiling investigation and profilers.

People go to Movie Theater and restaurant. It makes happy. Why many people feel happy to do these things? According to Ryan Howell, she said, they felt of satisfaction when they went to Movie Theater and restaurants. Ryan Howell said it called Experiential Purchases. Thus, these industries will be making more money than before. In addition, when people did donate, they felt of being alive. It means why many people spend their money for watch movie, eat restaurant and donate. Because they felt satisfied, happy, and being alive.

             Though this article, I can learn about why ‘Experiential Purchases’ make customer happy. Before I read this article, I didn’t know why most people went to restaurant and watched a movie at theater because those things can do house. I can borrow DVD and watching movie and I make food. However, now, I understand that why people doing these things. They want to feel satisfy, happy and being alive though to do dominate and go to restaurant. So I know that ‘Experiential Purchases” make customer happy and It is important part of industry.

Summary

TV programs can influence the children. For example, in the morning, Terrestrial channels shows theme about Adultery. Many children watching this Drama and then they influence bad ways. It is sexual violence; the number of adolescent victims of sexual violence is on the rise, from 1,811 in 2006 and 2,136 in 2007 to 2,717 in 2008. And then why most TV programs shows bad exciting program that reason is they should to attract Advertisement Company because they compete with over 100 cable channels.

My major is Psychology so I was very paying attention in this article about TV programs can influence to the children. After I finished read this article. It gave me some interesting things. If TV programs shows bad thing such as a sexual violence, crime, Adultery, it could be make more crimes. Because many people specially about children influence the TV program. And then I know new thing it is TV program was obliged to shows bad exciting things. Because they have to attracts Advertisement Company for get advertising expenses.

Summary

             This article discussed about Psychopath, It is a special of mental problem. Behave in a violent way towards other people their brain image is different to normal people. They killed people without fear, a sense of guilt. The scientist said it is a genetic mental problem. They research and interested about children who has a mental problem illness family. Surprise thing is they research in prison. 15% prisoner has a mental problem as Psychopath.

             My major is Psychology so I was very paying attention in this article about mental problem. After I finished read this article. It gave me some interesting things. Psychopath is genetic and 15% convict has a Psychopath. I know Psychopath’s definition before reading article but I don’t know specific. This Article help to my knowledge.
